DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT: A 30% or $100.00 deposit (whichever is higher) of total rental cost is due at the time the contract is signed. 30% is due within 60 days of event date and final payment MUST be received no later than 14 days prior to the event.

THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $120.00 FOR USE OF THE GARDEN IN CONJUNCTION WITH RENTAL OF THE DOWNSTAIRS BAY AREA.
THE RENTAL CHARGE FOR USE OF THE THEATER IN CONJUNCTION WITH RENTAL OF THE DOWNSTAIRS BAY AREA IS $725.00.
THEATER LIGHTING/SOUND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE AT $38.00 PER HOUR AND MUST BE HIRED IF THE OPERA HOUSE STAGE LIGHTS OR SOUND SYSTEM ARE USED.
CANCELLATION AFTER THE SEVENTH (7) DAY OF SIGNED CONTRACT WILL RESULT IN THE FORFEITURE OF THE DEPOSIT.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: It is the responsibility of the renter to have an inclement weather plan in place. If the event is moved into the Reception Hall (if available), Reception Hall rental rates will apply.
