THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $120.00 FOR USE OF THE GARDEN IN CONJUNCTION WITH RENTAL OF THE DOWNSTAIRS BAY AREA.
THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $725 FOR USE OF THE THEATER IN CONJUNCTION WITH RENTAL OF THE DOWNSTAIRS BAY AREA.
LIGHTING/SOUND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE AT $38.00 PER HOUR AND MUST BE HIRED IF THE OPERA HOUSE STAGE LIGHTS OR SOUND SYSTEM ARE USED.
CANCELLATION OF AN EVENT SEVEN (7) DAYS AFTER SIGNED CONTRACT IS RECEIVED WILL RESULT IN THE FORFEITURE OF THE DEPOSIT.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: It is the responsibility of the renter to have an inclement weather plan in place. If the event is moved into the Bays (if available), Bay rental rates will apply.
