The Monticello Opera House is a private, self-supporting Non-Profit Corporation. It acts as the Civic Center for Jefferson County, Florida. The two story building houses a banquet/meeting facility on the ground floor, an historic theatre on the second floor and a picturesque garden just a few short steps out the back door.
